Hi, my name is Marshall. I live in Rochester, Minnesota with my beautiful wife and our 2 children! I love helping others and I am a family man. I strive to be the best I can be regardless of how fast or slow it may take, I am not a quitter. I love to have fun and make people smile!

​Prior to coming to Involve, I ran my dad's business- Roger’s Tree and Asphalt Services. I was the guy who did all the work and ran the crews. I also had my own OTR trucking business that I shut down during the pandemic due to lack of work and compensation. I chose this career because we get to help people daily and I just love talking and meeting new people. Plus what we have to offer made a ton of sense to me as it is a no brainer. So far the impact Involve has made on myself would be that I’m not risking my life on the daily like I was in the tree industry. I also get more family time! When I’m not working you can find me with my family either at home or out finding something fun to do for the weekend.
